- Responsibilities: Sourcing and recruiting top talent through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Screening resumes and conducting initial phone screenings
- Managing the interview process, including scheduling and coordinating interviews with hiring managers
- Providing regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate status
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop targeted recruiting strategies
- Networking with industry professionals and attending job fairs and other recruiting events
- Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role
- Strong understanding of recruiting best practices and sourcing techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven
- environment Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
