- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to candidates. **Qualifications:**
- Minimum 1 year of HR recruitment experience.
- Familiarity with recruitment portals (Indeed, Work India, Apna).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
