Bachelor's degree in HR
2-3 years of experience in recruitment
Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruitment tools / platforms
Good judgment and ability to assess candidates objectively
Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
Basic understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
