Key Responsibilities
Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for Automation and Engineering roles.
Source, screen, and shortlist
potential candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with
hiring managers and department heads
.
Maintain and regularly update
recruitment trackers and reports
.
Build and sustain a
talent pipeline
for future manpower needs.
Ensure a
professional and seamless candidate experience
throughout the hiring process.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and fulfill manpower requirements.
Candidate Requirements
Experience:
3-5 years in recruitment, preferably in
Automation / Engineering industry
.
Stability Criteria:
3 years' experience - no job changes (continuous employment).
5 years' experience - only one job change acceptable.
Education:
MBA in Human Resources or equivalent.
Location:
Must currently reside in
Delhi / NCR
.
Proficient in
recruitment tools
like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
Strong
communication and interpersonal
skills.
Ability to
work independently
and meet hiring timelines.
