Screen resumes and job applications.
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.
Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
Manage candidate pipeline and maintain proper documentation.
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Draft and send offer letters, rejection emails, and other recruitment-related communication.
Maintain recruitment reports and analytics.
Ensure a positive candidate experience and employer branding.
Stay updated on hiring trends and best practices.
