Role:

HR Recruiter (100% Recruitment Focus)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage the

end-to-end recruitment cycle

- sourcing, screening, telephonic interviews, coordination, documentation & offer rollout. Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment MIS. Handle

onboarding formalities

and maintain personal files. Support

employee engagement

activities (festivals, birthdays, anniversaries).

Mandatory Skills & Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in hiring through

Naukri, Indeed, WorkIndia, LinkedIn

, etc. Energetic, proactive, and result-oriented mindset. Strong command over

MS Word & Excel
