The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for various roles within the organization. The role requires strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to ensure the company attracts and retains top talent.
Key Responsibilities
Understand job requirements by collaborating with hiring managers.
Create and post job descriptions on job portals, company website, and social media.
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates.
Conduct telephonic, virtual, or in-person interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
Manage and update candidate databases.
Maintain candidate engagement and ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
Negotiate salary and prepare offer letters.
Assist in onboarding of new hires.
Prepare recruitment reports and maintain hiring metrics.
Skills required
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2Yrs experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role (in-house/consultancy)
Familiarity with sourcing techniques (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals).
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; excel and word.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
