LOT Mobiles Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Recruiter (HR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring Store Managers and Sales Executives for our retail outlets across various locations.

Strong understanding of retail operations and the skills required for success in these roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. Willingness to travel regularly for field recruitment activities.
