We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Recruiter
with 2+ years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate will source, screen, and assess candidates, coordinate interviews, maintain strong relationships with resource providers, and ensure a seamless hiring and onboarding experience.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
Check the background profile of the selected candidates.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth selection process.
Maintain candidate pipeline and update recruitment trackers.
Liaise and maintain relationships with specific resource providers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external talent pools.
Draft job postings, share updates, and manage employer branding across platforms.
Negotiate salary and prepare offer letters in coordination with HR.
Ensure timely onboarding and documentation of selected candidates.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience (IT/Non-IT as applicable).
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
