Key Responsibilities
Manage
end-to-end recruitment cycle
Source candidates using
Naukri, LinkedIn, social platforms, referrals
Conduct
screening, shortlisting, and initial interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers & maintain TAT
Schedule interviews and manage candidate follow-ups
Handle
offer negotiation & onboarding coordination
Maintain daily MIS and recruitment reports
Handle bulk / mid-level hiring as per project requirements

3-6 years of experience in
Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
Strong experience in sourcing & screening
Must be comfortable with
immediate joining
Good communication & stakeholder management skills
