: HR Recruiter and Operations Executive

Location

: Nagercoil

Key Responsibilities:



Job Postings

- Write and post job ads on job sites/social media.

Screening

- Review resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial calls.

Interviews

- Schedule and conduct interviews (phone, video, or in-person).

Coordination

- Work with hiring managers to understand job needs.

Offer Process

- Negotiate salaries, send offer letters, and onboard new hires.

Database Management

- Keep track of candidates in the system (like Excel/ATS).

Employer Branding

- Help make the company attractive to job seekers.

Process Management

- Improve workflows to make work faster and cheaper.

Team Support

- Help different departments with tools/resources they need.

Vendor Management

- Deal with suppliers, negotiate contracts.

Reporting

- Track performance, prepare reports for management.

Problem-Solving

- Fix issues in logistics, admin, or daily operations.

Compliance

- Ensure company follows rules (legal, safety, policies).

Cost Control

- Find ways to reduce expenses without losing quality.

Skills Needed:

Organization, problem-solving, Excel/data skills, teamwork
