Recruitment:
Source and attract qualified candidates using various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.)
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Schedule and manage interviews, follow-ups, and feedback collection.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Draft and send offer letters, rejection emails, and onboarding documentation.
Assist with employer branding initiatives.
HR Administration:
Assist with new hire onboarding and induction processes.
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
Handle attendance, leave tracking, and basic payroll inputs.
Support in performance appraisal coordination.
Office Administration:
Manage office supplies, maintenance, and vendor coordination.
Oversee facility management and housekeeping services.
Coordinate travel arrangements and reimbursements for staff.
Support in organizing office events, meetings, and team-building activities.
Maintain records of company assets and admin documentation.
Address routine employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
