We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Recruiter & Admin
to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and handle day-to-day administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be well-organized, and be capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR & Recruitment
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
Schedule and conduct interviews, coordinate with department heads for candidate evaluation.
Manage offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding formalities.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Assist in performance reviews and employee engagement activities.
Administration
Manage office operations, including stationery, supplies, and vendor coordination.
Handle employee attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination.
Organize company events, training sessions, and meetings.
Ensure smooth communication between management and staff.
Maintain office compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
Proven experience in recruitment and office administration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office and HR management tools.
Work Schedule
Working Hours: [e.g., 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM]

Salary : 15,000 to 20,000
