About the Job: We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an HR Recruiter and Admin. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of HR principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment: Job Posting and Sourcing: Create and post job openings on various platforms. Proactively source candidates through online channels, networking, and other relevant methods. Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Communicate with candidates throughout the interview process. Selection and Offer: Assist in the selection process by collecting feedback from interviewers. Participate in the negotiation and offer process. Onboarding : Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires. Ensure all necessary documentation is completed. Administration: Office Management: Oversee general office operations to ensure a well-maintained and efficient workplace. Manage office supplies and equipment. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Handle confidential information with discretion. Employee Relations: Address employee queries and concerns. Facilitate communication between employees and management. Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating company events or meetings. Qualifications: Proven experience as an HR recruiter or in a similar role. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in MS Office and HR software. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
