Key Responsibilities
Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for various roles across departments.
Source candidates through
job portals, social media, references, and networking
.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate suitability.
Maintain a strong candidate database and manage the hiring pipeline.
Prepare and issue
offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding
.
Track recruitment metrics and share regular hiring reports.
Requirements
Graduate or Postgraduate in
HR / Business Administration
.
1-4 years of experience in
HR recruitment / talent acquisition
.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Familiar with
job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
