Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles in the manufacturing industry. Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates through various platforms. Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates. Prepare and maintain recruitment reports to ensure timely closure of positions.

Skills Required:

Strong understanding of Non-IT recruitment processes. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Proficient in using job portals and MS Office tools.

Note:

Candidates with relevant manufacturing recruitment experience and availability for immediate joining will be preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
