We are looking for an experienced

HR Recruiter

to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our hospitality operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in recruiting for hotels, restaurants, or related hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for all hospitality roles Source and screen candidates through various platforms. Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with department heads for final selection. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports. Support onboarding and documentation processes for new hires. Ensure timely hiring to meet operational needs.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality recruitment.

Work location:

BayRoute Bistro, Alappuzha. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Basic knowledge of HR processes and employment laws.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
