Job Description

Responsibilities:

Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy Identifying future hiring needs and updating job descriptions and job specifications Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc Attracting suitable candidates through different sources and recruiting candidates by using databases, social media, etc Screen candidate's resume and job applications Conduct recruitment process and sort through applicants to fill open positions. Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes to best suit open positions. Completing documentation and joining formalities for new hires. Onboard new employees Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process Promote a company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.

Requirements:

The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies. Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc) Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong decision-making skills A bachelor's degree in human resources.

Condition to join in uCertify:

The employee, on joining the Company, will be required to execute a bond in addition to a bank guarantee (Fixed Deposit in self account) of Rs 25,000/- as collateral security to serve the Company for a minimum period of 24 months (including Training Period & Probation Period). This bond will be applicable after 7 days from the joining date.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
