Responsibilities:
Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy
Identifying future hiring needs and updating job descriptions and job specifications
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
Attracting suitable candidates through different sources and recruiting candidates by using databases, social media, etc
Screen candidate's resume and job applications
Conduct recruitment process and sort through applicants to fill open positions.
Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes to best suit open positions.
Completing documentation and joining formalities for new hires.
Onboard new employees
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Promote a company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
