Job Summary:

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring talented individuals to meet the needs of the organization. You will play a key role in the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the recruitment process, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

Relevant experience of 2+ years in Non-technical profile. Any Graduate can apply.. Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases. Proficient in using different hiring portals.
