The HR Recruiter plays a crucial role in driving the organizationxe2x80x99s talent acquisition efforts. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment processxe2x80x94from sourcing and evaluating candidates to extending offers and facilitating onboarding. The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth, efficient, and candidate-friendly hiring experience while aligning recruitment efforts with the company's strategic objectives.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand workforce needs and build effective sourcing strategies.
• Coordinate with recruitment agencies and college placement cells to expand candidate pipelines.
• Oversee the interview process to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
• Support compliance, maintain documentation, and contribute to employer branding initiatives.
• Facilitate new hire onboarding to ensure smooth integration into the organization.
