Job Description
Responsibilities Drafting and posting job descriptions. Source potential candidates from various platforms Technically screening them and also thorough check on their attitude and behavior. Follow up with the candidates through calls and messages and make sure that they turn up for theinterview.- Complete coordination in the interview process right from greeting the candidate, making themcomfortable, make sure the smooth flow of the interview process.Interviewing candidates (via phone, video and in-person) Provide shortlists of qualified candidates Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits Act as a consultant to new hires and help them on-board If selected, negotiating on offer, working out on entire process of offer and follow up in different waysto make sure they join and no declines Post joining follow to look into that the employee is settled well and happy with the role. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 930,000.00 - 945,000.00 per month Speak with the employer
