You will be responsible for developing new hiring strategy, policy and protocols for Thriam Group.
Build effective sourcing, attraction and assessment, with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of opportunity
Understand how to recruit passive candidates and possess the mentality to "profile candidates understanding their motivation" rather than sell a role.
Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management; conducts assessment of potential candidates, demonstrating the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.
Recommend ideas and strategies related to the recruitment of talent that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning current processes for recruiting that fits within Thriam' s mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.
Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification and company "Leadership Principles". Possess a strong ability to screen, interview and prepare a candidate slate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques and leveraging of internal sources of talent
Participate in on-site interviews and debriefs. Providing strategic guidance and advice in a true partnership with executive leadership
Managing the LinkedIn profile of the company -HR and networking with right talents to fill the positions.
Participate in online presence creation influencing your flexible engagement style to be vital part of the growth & success of the company.
