We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our organization in an individual contributor capacity. The role requires hands-on management of both recruitment and HR operations, along with coordination of select administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate should bring a high level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism, preferably with experience in the real estate or construction sector.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Independently manage end-to-end recruitment activities via platforms such as Naukri.com and LinkedIn.
Partner with department heads to understand manpower needs and deliver timely hiring outcomes.
Handle candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer coordination, and onboarding.
HR Operations
Maintain employee records and HRIS with accuracy and confidentiality.
Oversee inputs for monthly payroll, including attendance, leave records, and statutory requirements.
Support policy implementation and ensure procedural compliance across departments.
Administrative Coordination
Liaise with pantry, housekeeping, and facilities teams to ensure smooth office operations.
Coordinate food arrangements and cleaning schedules in alignment with business needs.
Manage scheduling and logistics for internal and external meetings, including client visits.
Requirement
Minimum 5 years of experience in a dual-role HR position (recruitment + operations).
Experience in real estate, infrastructure, or a similar project-based industry is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using recruitment portals and MS Office.
Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Demonstrates absolute integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Additional Notes
This is currently an individual contributor role and does not include grievance handling or disciplinary proceedings.
