Summary:

Run day-to-day HR ops and office admin: hiring coordination, onboarding, attendance & payroll inputs, statutory support (ESI/EPF/Bonus/Gratuity), travel & vendor handling, records, and employee support.

Key responsibilities (highlights):

Talent ops: posting/sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers & joining formalities Onboarding: documentation, induction, asset issuance Attendance & payroll inputs: daily capture, leave/OT tracking, monthly verified inputs to Accounts Compliance support: ESI/EPF/PT documentation & registers; coordinate with CA/vendor Admin/facilities: housekeeping, security, utilities, AMC renewals, supplies Travel & claims: bookings, advances, bills verification, SLA-based reimbursements Vendor management: quotes, comparisons, PR/PO follow-ups, GRN coordination Records/HRIS: employee files, contracts/contract labour, exits & FnF inputs Safety/5S support with HSE; maintain incident logs

Must-have:

Grad, 2-4 yrs HR/Admin, Excel/Sheets, basics of Indian statutory (ESI/EPF), solid follow-ups

Good-to-have:

Manufacturing setup, SAP/ERP exposure, West Bengal rules familiarity

Lead HR/Admin: workforce planning, policy/process, compliance governance, talent acquisition, engagement, admin budgets/SLAs, HR analytics/MIS; build scalable systems and audit readiness.

Manpower planning & budgets; org charts & skills matrix TA process & employer branding; selection quality, TATs C&B cycles; benefits administration Compliance governance for ESI/EPF/PT/Bonus/Gratuity; contractor compliance; audits Performance/KRAs cadence; training calendars & evaluation Policies/handbook; discipline & grievance handling Admin/facilities: leases, AMC/SLA governance, asset control, 5S/safety with HSE HR analytics/MIS: attrition, time-to-fill, absenteeism, OT, engagement Vendor contracts, rate cards, cost optimisation
