Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
HR & Admin Executive
to manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will support employee engagement, recruitment, compliance, and office management while contributing to a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities

Human Resources
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Coordinate induction and training programs
Monitor attendance, leaves, and shift adherence
Support performance appraisal processes and monthly evaluations
Handle employee queries and grievances professionally
Assist in drafting HR policies and ensuring compliance

Administration
Oversee office supplies, maintenance, and vendor coordination
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office
Manage documentation, filing, and record-keeping
Support logistics for meetings, events, and training sessions
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline in the workplace

Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
1-3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Comfortable working in a
morning shift (7:00 AM to 4:30 PM)
Comfortable to work from Office (Ambawadi,Ahmedabad)
