Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process
Source, screen, and schedule interviews for suitable candidates
Coordinate onboarding and documentation
Payroll Management:
Process monthly payroll accurately
Maintain salary records and ensure statutory compliance
Attendance Management:
Monitor and maintain employee attendance records
Coordinate with team leads for leave and absence tracking
Administration:
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Provide support in daily administrative tasks and office coordination
Requirements:
1.5 to 2 years of relevant experience in HR & Admin roles
Strong knowledge of payroll and attendance systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office and basic HR software/tools
Female candidates preferred, based on team requirements
