Handle the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Oversee
joining formalities, employee induction, and documentation.
Proven work experience as an
HR Recruiter / Admin or similar role.
The candidate should possess a
positive attitude along with strong presentation and convincing skills
Ability to work independently, multitask effectively, prioritize tasks, and manage confidential information with integrity.
Admin:-
Handling general admin duties as well replenishing our Client Requirements.
Maintain HR databases, employee records, and recruitment trackers.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to
interact with all levels of Clients.
Must demonstrate a positive work attitude and take initiative in client problem-solving.
