Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and schedule candidates for interviews.
Coordinate the recruitment process with department heads.
Maintain employee records and attendance sheets accurately.
Prepare HR-related reports and documentation.
Assist in onboarding and joining formalities.
Handle day-to-day office administration tasks.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (HR/Business preferred).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
Ability to multitask and work with deadlines.
