HR Recruiter, 1+ yrs exp, Trivandrum

Key Responsibilities:

? Post job vacancies on job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and others.
? Actively source profiles from job portals and databases based on client requirements.
? Conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, communication skills,and suitability.
? Schedule interviews and coordinate with both candidates and clients to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
? Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
? Support client recruitment needs by understanding job requirements and ensuring quality candidate submissions.

Salary: 10000-12500+Incentives
