We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to support end-to-end recruitment activities. The role involves sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders.
Maintain candidate data and update recruitment trackers.
Assist in onboarding processes and documentation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates for future hiring needs.
Maintain professionalism and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (preferred).
0-2 years of recruitment experience (freshers with good communication skills can apply).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and job portals is an advantage.
