We are looking for a skilled and driven HR Recruiter with 1+ years of experience to join our dynamic recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and recruiting for both IT and Non-IT profiles.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various IT and Non-IT roles across multiple levels.
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation.
Utilize Naukri Portal, LinkedIn, and other platforms to actively search for potential candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand the job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
Shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, and ensure timely feedback is provided to candidates.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and update the recruitment database with relevant candidate information.
Assist in preparing recruitment reports and statistics for internal use.
Uphold the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality while handling candidate and organizational information.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1+ years of proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on both IT and Non-IT roles.
Hands-on experience using Naukri Portal for sourcing candidates.
Strong knowledge of various sourcing methods and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment targets.
Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and ethical approach in all recruitment practices.
