Key Responsibilities
Reception Duties
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors professionally
Handle incoming calls, emails, and direct inquiries appropriately
Maintain visitor records and front desk operations
Manage courier, mail, and office communication
HR Support Duties
Assist in recruitment activities (screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
Support onboarding and exit formalities
Assist in payroll coordination and leave management
Help organize employee engagement and HR activities
Requirements & Qualifications
Graduate / Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Fresher or 1-2 years of experience in HR or receptionist role
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Presentable, polite, and professional demeanor

Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor compliance
