Assist in ensuring that HR records are kept confidential and secure.
Purchase Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and issuance of purchase orders (POs) to vendors.
Track and maintain records of all purchases, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
Ensure that products or services purchased meet quality, quantity, and pricing standards.
Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors as needed.
Evaluate vendor performance and assist in vendor selection and qualification.
