What's the role?:

As a Project Manager in our HR PMO team, you will get an opportunity drive and deliver a wide range of strategic and operational projects within the global HR organization. From large-scale transformation programs to smaller, high-impact initiatives, you will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, from planning and stakeholder engagement to execution and delivery.
This is a highly visible role that requires strong project management skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to influence across all levels of the organization, globally and cross-functionally.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

As an individual contributor you will lead and manage HR-related projects of varying complexity and scope, including transformation, restructuring, and system/program implementations (e.g., new HCM platform, hybrid work model) Own and drive HR initiatives that support internal communication, employee feedback, and site engagement (e.g., "Need-to-Know" information sessions, the quarterly People newsletter, the People Advisory Board, and site engagement coordination) Collaborate with global HR colleagues and cross-functional teams across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas Track project progress using tools like Jira, ensuring milestones are met and stakeholders are informed Translate data and feedback into actionable insights and recommendations Create compelling presentations and confidently pitch for example project outcomes and proposals to HR colleagues, senior leaders, and executive stakeholders Manage up, down, and across the organization to ensure alignment, accountability, and momentum Foster a culture of continuous improvement, creative problem-solving, and inclusive collaboration.

Who are you?:

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management, Human Resource Management or Management Information Systems preferred. Certifications: PMI/PRINCE2 preferred A seasoned Project Manager with at least 8+ years of experience, including 3+ years leading cross-functional, (global) projects Experienced in working within or alongside HR teams, with a strong understanding of HR processes and challenges Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity, and skilled at breaking down problems into actionable plans A confident communicator and presenter, able to tailor messaging to different audiences, from employees to senior leadership Proficient in project tracking tools like Jira, and capable of using data to inform decisions and drive outcomes.
