We are seeking a dynamic and organized

HR & Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

*Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and team management processes
Coordinate internal project timelines, tasks, and deliverables Maintain and organize project and HR documentation Act as a point of contact for client communication and updates Analyze workflows and support in enhancing productivity and workplace culture

Skills Required:

Strong client interaction and relationship-building skills Excellent English communication - spoken and written Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Excel, or project tools (Trello/ClickUp/Asana) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Hindi speaking skills are a plus

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field 0-1 year of experience in HR, operations, or project coordination Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply
