Job Description
HR/ Project Coordinator The HR & Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the HR department and coordinating various projects within an organization. Here is a general description of the responsibilities and duties associated with this role: Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manages talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring, and on boarding
- Keeps job descriptions up-to-date, accurate, and compliant with relevant federal, state, and local laws for all positions
- Develops training and performance management program that ensures all employees are familiar with their job responsibilities, as well as relevant legal and safety requirements
- Handles investigation and resolution of employee issues, concerns, and conflicts
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
- Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
- Make sure that clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs are met as projects evolve
- Excellent knowledge of various HR functions such as pay & benefits, recruitment, on boarding, evaluation, training & development etc.
- Master degree in human resources, business, or a related field
- Good understanding of labor laws
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
