We are looking for an

HR professional

with recruitment experience in

pharmaceutical industry

, specifically aligned with

Beta-lactam products

Salary:

?48000- 50000 + Incentives

Location :

Mohali

Key Responsibilities:

Manage recruitment for

Beta-lactam sales teams

Support

recruitment, onboarding, and training

for pharma sales roles Coordinate with

sales, production, and regulatory teams

Ensure compliance with

pharma industry policies and SOPs

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Prior experience in

pharmaceutical companies

Understanding of

Beta-lactam and other segments.

Exposure to

third-party pharma sales or contract manufacturing

Strong communication and coordination skills
