Key Responsibilities:

? End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing & onboarding

? Managing employee records and HR documentation

? Conducting induction and orientation programs

? Attendance, leave & payroll coordination

? Drafting HR policies and ensuring compliance

? Performance management & appraisal coordination

? Handling employee grievances professionally

? Organizing employee engagement & training programs

? Maintaining healthy work culture and discipline

? Coordinating with management for HR planning

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR / MBA HR or related field

5-7 years of HR experience (IT industry preferred)

Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Knowledge of HR policies, recruitment platforms & payroll coordination

Problem-solving and multitasking abilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
