Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Handle end-to-end IT/Tech recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding and exit formalities).
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs.
Use job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), referrals, and social media for sourcing.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
HR Operations & Compliance:
Manage
Payroll Processing
with accuracy and timeliness.
Handle
EPFO, ESIC
, and
Employee Insurance
formalities and documentation.
Maintain compliance with labor laws and ensure regular audits are passed.
Administer
Medical Benefits
and claims handling.
HR Policy & Documentation:
Draft, revise, and implement
HR policies
and procedures.
Maintain and update employee records, documentation, and personnel files.
Employee Engagement & Strategic HR:
Plan and implement
employee engagement
activities and welfare initiatives.
Act as a trusted partner to employees, fostering a transparent and inclusive environment.
Lead
performance management
cycles and facilitate feedback sessions.
Support
training & development
programs and learning initiatives.
Leave, Attendance & Work Reporting:
Manage and monitor
attendance

leaves
, and ensure proper
work reporting
protocols.
Generate HR reports and dashboards for internal use and leadership updates.
