Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resource Professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations within a manufacturing environment and a disciplined, structured approach to managing people and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end HR operations within the manufacturing unit.
Implement and monitor HR policies, compliance, and procedures.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations activities.
Handle payroll, attendance, and statutory compliance.
Foster a disciplined, positive, and productive work environment.
Collaborate with management to ensure adherence to company policies.
Requirements:

Proven experience in HR operations, preferably in a manufacturing setup.
Strong understanding of HR policies, compliance, and statutory regulations.
Excellent communication, organizational, and people management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold company discipline.
