Key Responsibilities:
Manage HR operations: attendance, leaves, employee records, and coordination.
Assist in recruitment: posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain employee files and documentation in proper format.
Create and design
professional, visually appealing, and data-driven PowerPoint presentations
for internal meetings, client pitches, and training sessions.
Coordinate with management for performance reports, HR policies, and communication materials.
Handle administrative and office support tasks as required.
Requirements:
Female candidate (Married and Rajkot-based only).
Bachelor's degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field).
1-3 years of work experience in HR, Administration, or Presentation Design.
Advanced expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint
- animations, transitions, charts, infographics, and professional formatting.
Good command over Excel and Word.
Excellent communication, time management, and coordination skills.
Professional and positive attitude with attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with HR tools or payroll systems.
