Key Responsibilities Performance Management System (PMS)
Design, implement, and continuously improve the PMS framework (KRA/KPI-based).
Coordinate goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
Ensure timely completion of performance reviews across departments.
Facilitate calibration meetings and performance rating normalization.
Link PMS outcomes with increments, promotions, and career progression.
Support managers in performance coaching and handling low performers (PIP).
Maintain PMS data, reports, and dashboards for management review.
Organizational Development (OD)
Drive OD initiatives aligned with business strategy and growth plans.
Identify organizational gaps and recommend structure/process improvements.
Design and implement employee engagement programs.
Lead change management initiatives during restructuring, expansion, or new projects.
Develop competency frameworks and leadership development programs.
Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) based on PMS outcomes.
Support culture-building initiatives and internal communication programs.
Stakeholder & Process Management
Work closely with department heads for goal alignment and capability building.
Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders.
Ensure PMS & OD processes comply with company policies and HR best practices.
Prepare MIS reports, analytics, and presentations for senior management.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of PMS frameworks, KPIs, KRAs, and appraisal cycles.
Hands-on experience in OD interventions and change management.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with strong reporting & documentation skills.
Ability to influence leaders and drive adoption of HR initiatives.
Exposure to HRMS / PMS software is an added advantage.
