Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage student placement activities, ensuring alignment with academic goals and industry demands. Build and maintain strong relationships with recruiters, companies, and industry partners to generate placement opportunities. Prepare students for interviews by organizing training sessions on resume building, communication, and interview skills. Track and document placement records, employer feedback, and student progress. Organize campus placement drives, job fairs, and recruitment events. Develop and implement strategies to improve placement rates and student employability. Collaborate with academic and counseling teams to match students with suitable job roles.
Who Can Apply?

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1-3 years of relevant experience in placements or corporate relations (education sector preferred). Excellent command of English (both spoken and written). Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and networking skills. Proficient in MS Office and placement-related tools or platforms. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
