Key Responsibilities
Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities
HR System Development:
Design, implement, and manage a robust HR system, including policies, procedures, and best practices for talent management, recruitment, and employee relations.
Work Culture Creation:
Lead initiatives to create and maintain a positive, engaging, and professional work culture across all centers.
Team Coordination:
Recruit, mentor, and coordinate HR interns, providing guidance and managing their professional development.
Multi-Center Management:
Handle HR duties and provide support for staff located at our other centers, ensuring consistency in HR practices and communication.
Placement Responsibilities
Job Market Coordination:
Systematically identify, develop, and maintain relationships with companies to secure fresher and internship opportunities for our students.
Student Placement:
Oversee the end-to-end placement process, from student readiness and career counseling to successful job matching and follow-up.
System Building:
Coordinate with other center heads and teams to build and streamline a centralized placement system that is efficient and scalable.
Qualifications and Experience
Proven experience in a senior-level HR or talent management role.
Demonstrated success in a placement, career services, or business development role within the education sector.
Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
A strategic mindset with a focus on building and improving systems and processes.
