Role Summary

We are looking for a

passionate and result-driven HR & Placement Manager

with strong employer networks across multiple regions. The role focuses on creating meaningful job opportunities for students and professionals undergoing the multiple courses.

The Placement Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing placement activities for students. This role acts as a bridge between students, training teams, and recruiting companies to ensure successful employment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate campus recruitment and placement activities Build and maintain relationships with companies, HRs, and recruitment partners Identify job opportunities aligned with students skills and course completion Schedule interviews, placement drives, and company visits Prepare and share student profiles, resumes, and placement data with employers Guide students on resume preparation, interview skills, and career readiness Track student eligibility, attendance, and placement status Maintain accurate placement records, reports, and documentation Coordinate with trainers and academic teams for student readiness Share placement updates and opportunities through emails, WhatsApp, or portals Collect feedback from recruiters and placed candidates Ensure placement targets and timelines are met Skills & Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent coordination and organizational abilities Knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes Ability to work with students, faculty, and corporate teams Problem-solving and multitasking skills

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate in any discipline. 1-5 years experience in placements, HR, recruitment, or career services Strong communication & coordination skills Good understanding of IT roles (Data, AI, Software, etc.) Ability to manage multiple students and recruiters efficiently Passion for helping students grow professionally
