We are looking for a motivated HR & Placement Assistant to support our human resources and placement activities. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee onboarding, and placement coordination while ensuring smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the HR team with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain employee records and assist in onboarding and orientation processes.
Coordinate placement activities for candidates, including liaising with companies and tracking placement progress.
Support HR in organizing training programs, workshops, and employee engagement initiatives.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and updating HR databases.
Communicate effectively with candidates, employees, and hiring managers.
Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Professional-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, data analysis, and reporting.
Expertise in using Google Workspace (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Forms) for collaboration and document management.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
