This on-site position in Irumbuppalam, Kollam, requires a strategic professional with a strong focus on performance enhancement -- particularly within the sales team. The ideal candidate will align HR practices with business objectives while ensuring compliance, productivity, and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement performance management systems to improve sales efficiency and meet business goals.
Conduct periodic performance evaluations, monitor KPIs, and deliver insights to support decision-making.
Manage the full spectrum of HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and separation.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, Gratuity, and labor laws; assist with internal and external audits.
Oversee HRMS activities, including payroll, attendance, and employee records management.
Collaborate with sales managers to identify performance gaps and execute effective improvement initiatives.
Design and facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and motivation.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-5 years of HR experience, with at least 1 year in performance management or productivity improvement roles.
Strong knowledge of Excel, HRMS systems, and statutory compliance.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Must be based in or able to commute daily to Irumbuppalam, Kollam.
Familiarity with Kerala labor laws and regional HR practices is an added advantage
