Ensure rollout of a Development Programs in terms of content, presentation & timeliness.

Facilitate the managers to develop IDP's for each employee.
Ensure implementation of the development planner in terms of timely announcement of
the programs to the relevant audience.
Liaison with the facilitator in the event of any adverse feedback to make quick corrections
to the planned programs.
Ensure post program evaluation plan is implemented immediately after the program.
Facilitate the functional managers in the process of writing Individual Development Plans
(IDP's).
Ensure implementation of IDP's by linking the same to the Talent Development process to
ensure enhancement of competencies.
