Job Description

Performance Management:

  • Defining Roles and s and implementing Job Evaluation.
  • Performance Management System - Defining the framework, KRA Dictionary, Process,
Timelines, Goal Setting & Process Audit
  • Defining, Implementing and tracking IDP
  • Define the PIP process and implementation across the organization
Talent Management:
  • Assess the functional, managerial, leadership, strategic competencies required by
employees across levels and functions for the coming year in line with the business
requirements.
  • Assess the employee-wise gaps in terms of the above competencies from various sources
namely Performance Appraisal, manager's inputs, Talent Management process.
  • Finalize the development framework / development categories on which the programs
would rest.
  • Ensure rollout of a Development Programs in terms of content, presentation & timeliness.

  • Facilitate the managers to develop IDP's for each employee.
  • Ensure implementation of the development planner in terms of timely announcement of
the programs to the relevant audience.
  • Liaison with the facilitator in the event of any adverse feedback to make quick corrections
to the planned programs.
  • Ensure post program evaluation plan is implemented immediately after the program.
  • Facilitate the functional managers in the process of writing Individual Development Plans
(IDP's).
  • Ensure implementation of IDP's by linking the same to the Talent Development process to
ensure enhancement of competencies.
