Responsible for driving performance cycles, competency evaluation, goal-setting processes, analytics, and capability-building initiatives for a high-performance culture.
Performance Management System (PMS) Administration
Manage end-to-end performance appraisal cycles (quarterly/biannual/annual).
Drive goal-setting, mid-year reviews, annual evaluations, and calibration processes.
Assist employees and managers in using PMS tools or HRIS platforms.
Ensure individual KRAs/KPIs map to organizational and departmental objectives.
Analyze performance data to identify trends, skill gaps, and development needs.
Support managers with coaching conversations, feedback training
Maintain documentation for audits and internal compliance.
Required:
Specialist:
2-5 years in HR roles with exposure to PMS.
Education:
MBA/PGDM in HR or related discipline.

Karur
Work time:
9 to 6pm
Salary:
18k to 22k
Preferred:
Proficiency in HR tools (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Darwinbox, Zoho, or internal PMS systems).
