We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR & Performance Lead to manage end-to-end HR operations and strengthen organizational performance, with a primary focus on
sales team productivity and performance management
. This on-site role in Irumbuppalam, Kollam, requires a strategic individual capable of aligning HR practices with business goals while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement
performance management systems
to improve sales efficiency and target achievement.
Conduct regular appraisals, maintain performance data, and generate actionable insights for leadership.
Oversee
recruitment, onboarding, and the entire employee lifecycle
for both sales and non-technical roles.
Ensure compliance with
PF, ESI, Gratuity, and labor laws
, and assist during statutory audits.
Manage
HRMS operations
, including attendance, payroll, and employee documentation.
Collaborate with sales managers to identify performance gaps and support improvement initiatives.
Coordinate
training and development programs
to enhance sales team capability and motivation.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration
, or related fields.
2-5 years of HR generalist experience
, with at least 1 year in performance management.
Strong knowledge of
Excel, HRMS tools
, and statutory compliance.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and recommend solutions.
Excellent
communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
.
Candidates must reside in or be willing to
commute daily to Irumbuppalam, Kollam
.
Familiarity with
Kerala labor laws
and local HR practices is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
